Chris Hemsworth’s Upper – Body Workout Routine Unveiled

On July 25, 2023, Hemsworth posted a comprehensive upper – body workout on his Instagram. This meticulously crafted routine targets multiple aspects of the upper body, including the back, chest, shoulders, and triceps. Encompassing exercises from weighted medicine ball slams to specialized arm training, Hemsworth has left no stone unturned, presenting his fans with a blueprint for attaining a remarkable upper – body physique.

The workout is structured to safely push physical boundaries in the gym, incorporating a detailed warm – up, a superset, and a tri – set.

Warm – up

  • Medicine ball slam: Perform 4 sets of 10 repetitions. Rest for 30 seconds between sets.

Superset

  • Dumbbell row: Execute 4 sets of 10 repetitions per arm.
  • Push – up: Do 4 sets of 15 repetitions. Rest for 60 seconds before repeating the dumbbell row.

Tri – set

  • Renegade row: Complete 4 sets of 8 repetitions per arm.
  • Lateral raise: Perform 4 sets of 8 repetitions.
  • Triceps pushdown: Do 4 sets of 10 repetitions. Rest for 60 seconds before repeating the renegade row.

This is not the first time Hemsworth has shared his workout expertise. As the founder of the fitness application Centr, he consistently adheres to the brand’s ethos by disseminating training insights that underscore his in – depth knowledge and personal dedication to fitness.

For instance, in July 2022, prior to the release of Thor: Love and Thunder, Hemsworth shared a chest – focused workout. Subsequently, in mid – August 2022, he presented a minimal – equipment workout on a naval ship. Later that month, he issued a five – round, 50 – rep, full – body workout challenge while on the same naval ship.
